This year, Elevate is taking place in Orlando at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, September 10-12, 2023. All rooms and events are located in the Dolphin portion of the resort.

Once you arrive and check in at the hotel, you’re welcome to head to the fifth floor, North Foyer beginning on Sunday at 3:00 PM EST to collect your badge and conference materials. Your badge will be required throughout conference!

The Dolphin resort is the host to all of our conference events for Elevate 2023. Most events will be held on the fifth floor Northern and Southern Hemisphere Ballrooms. The property is quite expansive, so we recommend giving yourself ample time to get around for any planned activity or event. There are many restaurants and lounges onsite and a host of other amenities!
Your registration includes several catered events during your stay. Sunday evening’s welcome reception includes hors d’ oeuvres and light fare. Lunch will be provided on Monday, compliments of United’s sponsors, and the President’s Breakfast will be held Tuesday morning. Our grand celebration with plated dinner will take place Tuesday night.
